On This Day... 24th July
In Coincraft's 'Telling History with Money' feature, we look back at historical events that have occurred on a particular date. The 24th of July 2019, marked the anniversary of Simón Bolivar, also known as the "Liberator" of South America. It was also on this date that Hiram Bingham III made public the existence of Machu Picchu. History on this blog will, of course, always be told with money.
Online Newsletter December 2017
The first newsletter that we sent out to our customers, came out just after we re-launched our website. In this first newsletter, we had a special offer for a victorian farthing from 1890, as well as some items that were added then, such as a Roman brooch in the shape of a horse, an Alexander the Great Silver Drachm, A large selection of German Notgeld sets, a Pizza Coin, a One Million Pound note and a One Million Dollar Note.
