The Bank of England launched a new series of banknotes in 1990 and the first £10 notes appeared in 1992. It was to be shortlived because just over a year later the bank was obliged to tweak the design to avoid confusion between denominations. This involved putting the denomination symbols in the top front right corner and in both corners on the back.. The very first of these ‘enhanced’ £10 notes were issued with Graham Kentfield’s signature (B369) The official first prefix for this issue was DD01. So, we are delighted to now be able to offer Crisp Uncirculated examples of the DD01 Enhanced. Very limited availability.
