Karbovanets, or coupon currency, was only ever used in Ukraine during 1917-1920, World War 2, and lastly in the 1992-1996 period with the collapse of the Soviet Union. This high denomination copper nickel 200,000 karbovanets coin was struck in 1995 to mark 50 years of the United Nations. The obverse has the state emblem and denomination, while the reverse shows the UN emblem with a circle of flags of member countries. All the coins are in Brilliant Uncirculated condition.
