There were very few British Colonies that issued coins for King Edward VIII. Some of the most difficult to find in high grade are the 5 Cents of East Africa. Each coin has the tusks on one side with the value and Edward VIII on the other side. The coins on off er were struck in Birmingham at the Kings Norton Mint and carry the ‘KN’ privy mark. What is most remarkable is their condition, Brilliant Uncirculated. Over the past 89 years they have mellowed a bit but they have full original brilliance. You just don’t see these coins in this extremely high quality condition, don’t miss out!
