This is a coin issued under King Edward VIII minted in King's Norton, the King who abdicated, from British West Africa. This was one of the very few places that actually issued coins with his name on them, none issued coins with his portrait. The coins are in Uncirculated condition and have a hole in the middle. This was so the natives who did not have pockets could string them around their neck.
