4 Sets of 3 1967 Painting Stamps Mint

This beautiful set of three famous paintings was issued by the Post Office almost 50 years ago. There are three stamps of 4d (Master Lambton) by Sir Thomas Lawrence, 9d (Mares & Foals) by George Stubbs and 1/6 (Children coming out of school) by L. S. Lowry in Mint unused condition. At the time the face value of 31 pence would have bought you 5 copies of the Sunday Times with colour supplement (today £12.50). We bought the sets from someone who put them away in 1967. I am going to offer you a spectacular buy. I am going to offer the set of 3 Mint unused British Painting Stamps not for £12.50 a set, but rather 4 sets, a total of 12 Mint Stamps for just £4.50. These would make excellent gifts for anyone interested in art.

Elizabeth II, The Last 5 Crowns Collection

Fantastic Collection of the last 5 Crowns Ever In 1981 the Royal Mint issued its last British Crown ever. They are issuing crown-sized coins today, but they have a nominal face value of £5 and they are certainly NOT crowns. The last Five Crowns ever were, Churchill Crown 1965, Silver Wedding Crown 1972, Silver Jubilee Crown 1977, Queen Mother’s 80th Birthday Crown and Charles & Diana’s Wedding Crown 1981. Remember the first crown-sized coin of five shillings was issued in 1551 by King Edward VI and the last one was in 1981. We have had a fantastic package made to display the last five crowns and it is exclusive to Coincraft. These sets make excellent gifts for family, friends and business associates. One marketing company is selling the 1977 Crown on its own for £9.95, so our price of just £24.95 for all five crowns is very reasonable.

Gibraltar/Kiribati Coin Cover

1952-2002 that is the 50 years since Elizabeth became our Queen. To honour this 50th anniversary, Gibraltar issued a special Crown. On it is the Queen holding a bunch of flowers and being greeted by a crowd of well wishers. This Crown was then placed in a full colour envelope and cancelled with a First Day cancel from the South Pacific island nation of Kiribati. It was cancelled with a $2 and $5 stamp. The Crown is Prooflike Brilliant Uncirculated and it is a handsome CrownCover. Supplies are limited.
