Uncirculated Halfpennies of George V

We're sure we all have a George V Penny from 1935, or certainly from 1936. But you may not have George V Halfpennies from earlier dates in Uncirculated grades. When you look at the mintages, you begin to see why: more Pennies were struck in 1936 than Halfpennies from 1928 all the way through to 1936 combined! What’s more, We can find no record of us ever offering George V Halfpennies in high grade as a feature. In this issue, we present a small group from 1932 to 1934, where we had sufficient numbers in high grade to make an off ering.
