Let’s be honest, almost all coins of Tibet are Scarce. Since the Chinese reclaimed Tibet, getting coins from there is almost impossible. We recently found in one of our store rooms a small box with sets of two Tibetan copper coins that we had bought years and years ago. They are the Sho and the 5 Sho coins issued from 1947 to1953. The Sho has a lion standing left with Tibetan writing on the reverse. The 5 Sho has a lion with three mountains. The coins are in Very Fine condition and today are very difficult to get. Our supply is very limited and once they are gone, who knows where we will get any more. Don’t miss out!
