Sri Lanka U N Pair of Coins

We have put together a set of 2 Sri Lanka commemoratives, both of which mark 50th Anniversaries. The 1998 bi-metallic 10 rupee marks 50 years since the country, then named Ceylon, gained its independence from the British Empire. The other coin is the 1996 1 rupee, which was struck to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of UNICEF, the United Nations Children’s Fund founded in 1946. Both are available in Brilliant Uncirculated condition.
