Set of 6 pre-Euro Portuguese Coins

Before joining the euro Portugal used centavos and escudos as its currency and now we can offer you a selection of these coins and all in Brilliant Uncirculated condition. The smallest are the aluminium 10 centavo and the 50 centavo, both of which were withdrawn from circulation in 1979 but which remained legal tender until 2002. The other coins are 2, 50 (2½), 5, 10 and 20 escudos.
