Russia 1 Rouble 1898 P15 VF/GVF

Although these 1 rouble notes are dated 1898, they were actually issued some 17 years later in 1915, just before the Russian Revolution and the collapse of the Tsarist regime(P15). The design is quite simple with the crowned Imperial Arms to the left and draped columns at the centre. The crowned arms, set within a frame are repeated on the back. Available in Very Fine/GVF.
