Poland World War II Cover/Coin

Here is a great offer for you, a pair of commemorative covers issued by the Marshall Islands marking events during World War II. The first was issued in 1989 and commemorates the 50th anniversary of the Invasion of Poland on 1 September 1939, the second cover was issued in 1994 and commemorates the 50th anniversary of the Warsaw uprising on 1 August 1944. We have added to this a Brilliant Uncirculated 1 Grosz coin issued by Poland in 1949, not long after the end of World War II but at a time when Poland was still suff ering the extreme financial consequences of the war. These coins were struck in aluminium, a metal that usually corrodes badly but these coins, which are now 75 years old, are as good as the day there were struck and are in beautiful brilliant uncirculated condition.
