Macao Mint Set

Like Hong Kong, the former Portuguese colony of Macau has been a Special Administrative Region of China since 1999, and as such it has a separate government and economic system from the mainland. This means it also has its own currency, the pataca which is divided into 100 avos. These 3 coins (10, 20 and 50 avos) show the region name in Portuguese and in stylised Chinese script, while the reverse features the Lion Dance, a Dragon Boat and the Dragon Dance respectively. All the coins are in Brilliant Uncirculated condition.
