Lesotho 20-100 Maloti 2019-21 PW27-9 Unc

A trio of notes dated 2019- 2021 from the landlocked African country of Lesotho. Included are the 20, 50 and 100 maloti (PW27-9)). These notes were issued with upgraded security features. Tactile elements were added for the visually impaired, sizes were changed and a varnish with anti bacterial and anti viral properties was also added. A Basutho hat appears on all the fronts alongside the portraits of three Lesotho kings. On the backs, we find typical scenes including traditional round thatched houses, young men on horseback and herding goats. A charming ‘improved’ Lesotho Trio.
