United States of America, Las Vegas Fire Department

This crownsized medal honours the Fire and Rescue Department of Las Vegas. All fire fighters do a fantastic job without having the kudos of other services. You have what almost looks like a badge in red, white and black enamel on one side and the other side has Saint Florian the patron Saint of Fire Fighters. It is in proof condition, silvered and comes in a protective capsule. We were not able to get all that many of these medals, so if you want to give one to a fire fighter, may we suggest that you get in quickly.

United States of America, Buffalo Nickel, 1913 - 1938. In circulated condition.

US Buffalo Nickel, 1913. In circulated condition. First struck in 1913 and now 104 years old, this popular design was part of an attempt to make the US coinage more attractive. This five Cent coin features the head of a Native Indian on one side and an American Bison on the reverse. They quickly proved popular with the American public and despite concerns about how quickly the coins became worn in circulation, continued to be minted until 1938 when they were replaced by the Jefferson Nickel. All coins have a full date. Most coins are dated in the 1930’s. Dates of our choice.

Burma Star, World War II Medal

Of the eight different campaign stars awarded during the Second World War two of the scarcer issues are the Pacific Star and the Burma Star. We are able to offer a small quantity of The Burma Star, which was awarded for operational service in the Burma campaign and in Bengal or Assam, broadly from 1941 to early 1944. We have just seven of these scarce campaign stars with the appropriate ribbon available, so don't miss out!
