Crisp examples of the £1 note signed by J Clennett who was Treasurer of the States of Jersey between 1971 and 1983 (P8b). The front is dominated by a rendition of the portrait of HM the Queen by Pietro Annogoni. The back depicts Mont Orgeuil Castle which overlooks Gorey Harbour and was first mentioned in 1212, after the division of the Duchy of Normandy. Choice AU examples.
