Japan 5000 Yen Nd (2024) P-New Unc

Women have not featured much on Japanese banknotes so we are pleased to offer Crisp Uncirculated examples of the 5000 yen which was issued in 2024 (P-New). The 5000 yen has a portrait of Tsuda Umeko on the front. She was famous for founding Tsuda Umeko University and for being the first Japanese woman to study in the US. The back features wisteria Crisp Uncirculated.
