J B Page Pictorial £10 B330 AU

In 1975 the Bank of England unveiled the first £10 in the Pictorial Series. A portrait of HM Queen Elizabeth II was on the front wearing State Robes and a portrait of Florence Nightingale appeared on the back (B330). A vignette showing her work at the Scutari Hospital in Crimea appears alongside. This issue we are offering Choice AU examples of these first Pictorial £10 notes. They were printed on sheet fed presses at the Bank of England Works in Debden Essex. Choice AU.
