John Cashen was Chief Financial Officer for the Isle of Man Government between 1991 and 2001. This £1 note appears with his signature in this role. A bareheaded portrait of Queen Elizabeth II appears on the front and a view of Tynwald Hill is on the back. Uncirculated.
