Germany 20 Milliarden Marks 1923 P118/B281b

These 20 milliarden marks are what we would refer to today as 20 billion marks because a milliarden represented a thousand million (P118). These were the crazy years of hyperinflation that Germany suffered after the First World War and which came to a peak in the early 1920s. They are printed on one side only, dated 1923 and for such a large amount of money are simple affairs. The notes on offer now are all high grade AU/Unc. Limited availability.
