Gambia 20 Dalasis Polymer P30 Unc

This polymer 20 dalasis note was issued in 2014 to mark the 20th Anniversary of the coup d’etat led by Lieutenant Yahya Jammeh. His portrait appears on the front together with the slogan 20 Years of Progress and Self Reliance. A mere 2 years later he was deposed in a contested presidential election, the results he initially refused to accept, holding on until 2017. The Presidential palace appears on the back.
