De La Rue Kingfisher 50 Promotional 222222

These wonderful Kingfisher notes were produced in 2014 by the security printers Thomas de la Rue to show off their printing skills. The fronts are dominated by an impressive rendition of a Kingfi sher on a branch while on the back the illustration is of a young boy near a stream ,holding a jam jar with a butterfly he has caught. De la Rue produced several versions with diff erent security threads. We have not offered this variety before. In addition to being Uncirculated, the notes on offer now all have the wonderful serial number 222222!
