Chernobyl Medal & Medallion

Here is a double header for you. In 1986 the atomic plant at Chernobyl in Russia had a malfunction. This event sent the world on edge, a major nuclear disaster and everyone was able to see it. The Russian Government awarded those brave people who attempted to save the nation from disaster a special medallion. We were able to buy some and have offered it for sale previously. Now we can offer both the Official Medal and a medal honouring the 10th anniversary of the Chernobyl disaster, but we have enough to only satisfy 50 collectors. What a talking point!
