Canada, Ice Hockey 50 cent 1909-10

Canada’s national sport is Ice Hockey and the Canadian Mint issued a series of six different 50 Cent coins to honour the Centennial of the Montreal Canadiens. This coin has a colour rendition of the logo of the Montreal Canadiens from 1909-10. H. M. Queen Elizabeth II is on the obverse of each of these five coins. Each comes packaged in a full-colour card so you can see both sides. The coins are still sealed just as they came from the Canadian Mint. First time we have had them, of course, everyone knows that the best team is the Boston Bruins, but what the heck, Ice Hockey was originated in Canada.
