In 1964 the Royal Canadian Mint in Ottawa produced the last of the first portrait coins of the late Queen Elizabeth II, where she appears wearing a wreath. A number were also produced in prooflike condition and although legal tender, few entered circulation. We can now off er a 1 and 5 cent coin in prooflike condition that are harder to find for collectors.
