This 500 Won coin of South Korea was the last of the large sized 500 Won coins to be issued. It is also a commemorative for the 1978 World Shooting Championship. You have a man standing with his rifle and scope and the legend in Korean.
These coins are now nearly 40 years old but still in Uncirculated condition. They are a one year type as well as the last of the large sized 500 Won coins. A most interesting coin and reasonably priced.
