Introducing the latest Charles III Proof Sovereign 2024. This edition features an uncrowned bust and is crafted in Proof 22ct gold, elegantly presented in a deluxe case. Additionally, we have the 1887 Halfcrown Uncirculated, marking the year when Queen Victoria finally approved the change of her portrait on the coinage, after having maintained her Young Head depiction for half a century.

Moreover, our collection now includes the Falkland Islands 50 pence 2001 Henry VII Silver Piedfort Crown. This coin is the third in a series of four issued by the Falkland Islands. Cook Islands 1979 7-Coin Partial Proof Set_main

Cook Islands 1979 7-Coin Partial Proof Set

This is both a bit of a strange one and a fantastic offer. The Cook Islands is a small island group in the Pacific Ocean, find Hawaii and look down. It is under the protection of New Zealand and there are only about 14,000 people there. In the late 1970’s, they issued a set of coins from the 1 cent to a silver crown, they were struck by the famous Franklin Mint in the US and they are in beautiful proof condition. The company that owned them took the silver crown out and sold us the rest of the proof set, which we now offer to you in the card holder as issued. There are 7 coins including the crown in the proof set we are offering. With animals, fish, fauna and their famous god-idle. Proof sets from the Cook Islands are not easy to find, even without the silver coins. We think they are an excellent 7 coin proof set at just £14.50.

Edward VIII set of 4_main

Edward VIII set of 4

Edward VIII was king for less than a year in 1936 before abdicating to marry divorcee Wallis Simpson. Due to his short reign, most of the coins that were produced upon his accession were never released for circulation but a set of stamps was produced as a temporary ‘Accession’ issue in the expectation of a permanent issue following his coronation which never happened. Four values of the ‘Accession’ stamp set were issued, the ½d green, 1½d brown, 2½d blue and 1d red. After Edward VIII’s abdication, there was a delay in producing stamps for the new monarch, King George VI so Edward VIII’s stamps remained on sale for some time and many were saved for commemorative purposes by the public due to his abdication. We have these sets of four unused, mint stamps available which have very simple designs in vibrant colours and are very affordable compared to the coins from his reign.

Elizabeth I 6d Fair_main

Elizabeth I 6d Fair

Silver sixpences have long been associated with bringing good luck to the bride and groom on their big day. The silver sixpence was one of the most popular denominations of Elizabeth I’s reign after first being introduced by Edward VI in 1551. These Elizabethan sixpences were individually struck by hand at the Tower Mint between 1561 and 1602. They feature a portrait of the Queen facing left with Tudor rose behind, the reverse features a long cross fourchée over quartered shield of arms, with the date above. In this issue, we are delighted to offer you Elizabeth I sixpences from the Tower Mint on Special Offer for just £59.50. These are condition in Fair condition meaning they are heavily circulated and each is at least 428 years old. These are great historic mementos as they have the date on the reverse, remember 1551 was the first year that British coins were struck depicting a date in Arabic numerals. A great addition to your collection, or maybe a special gift for a special couple. PLEASE NOTE: PHOTOGRAPHY IS REPRESENTATIVE OF THE COIN SUPPLIED
