INA made a series of Patina or retro-patterns of King Edward VIII. These show what the coins might have looked like had they actually been struck at the time. The finest engravers were used and they were struck in Choice Proof condition. Only 100 of these crownsized pieces were struck in Sterling Silver all in Proof quality. We have just found a small group of them in one of our safes.
