William IV, Halfpenny Very Good

In the short reign of King William IV two of the smallest copper denominations struck were the Farthing and the Halfpenny. They have the King’s bust on the obverse and a seated Britannia holding a trident on the reverse. Remember these coins are struck in thick copper not the later thin bronze of Queen Victoria. We are offering the Halfpenny in Very Good. Dates are of our choice but the more coins you order the more different dates we will try and give you. The Halfpenny was struck for 3 years, the coin on offer here is in Very Good.
