The Danske Bank took over the Northern Bank in Northern Ireland in 2004. The Northern Bank was one of Ireland’s oldest banks having been formed in 1809. In 2012 the Danske Bank took over the note issuing capacity of the Northern Bank and banknotes duly appeared with the heading of Dankse Bank rather than the Northern Bank. We are delighted to offer Crisp Uncirculated examples of the 2012 Danske Bank £20.(P213) These are printed on paper rather than the polymer now being introduced by the bank. The design follows the Inventor Series introduced by the Northern Bank with a portrait of H Ferguson, who developed the tractor. On the back an ornate building pediment. Crisp Uncirculated Paper Danske £20 2012 at just £45.00
