Germany 'New Constitution 2 Deutschmark

Following the German occupation of the Netherlands in 1940, all coins up to and including 25 cents were struck in zinc until the end of the war. You will notice that no Dutch coins, showed the crown, image or any royal insignia as Queen Wilhelmina and her government were in exile in London.

Another World War II coin, that we have in a small quantity only. Struck in 1944 and available in Extremely Fine Condition, we have a limited number of pieces of this 2 Franc coin so please get in quickly to avoid disappointment.

King George II ruled from 1727 until 1760. During that time they issued two different busts of the King. They are known as the Young Head and the Old Head, but don’t tell the King that. The smallest denomination issued for this Monarch was the Farthing, 4 farthings to the penny and 240 pennies to the Pound. These Old Head coins are almost 300 years old and are in Fine condition, being the smallest denomination they saw considerable circulation and usage.
