King Edward VIII abdicated to marry Mrs. Simpson and they became the Duke and Duchess of Windsor. They were married in a French chateau and none of their British relatives attended. There were two different covers issued to mark their marriage and they have either a photograph or a drawing on them and are both franked with a French stamp dated 1937. This cover was issued with a Photograph of the pair. We bought a large group years ago and now we are running out. This might well be your last chance to get one or both of these historic covers which are now 85 years old!
