New Zealand, George VI, CN Set 1948-1952

Here we present the last New Zealand coins of King George VI, also cupro-nickel but with a different legend. Because of the independence of India, the legend had to be changed from King Emperor to King George Sixth. They were issued from 1948 until 1951, then, of course, he was replaced on the throne by his daughter, Queen Elizabeth II. You get the Halfcrown, Florin, Shilling, Sixpence and Threepence all in selected circulated condition. They will make a nice addition to your collection.
